1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Meesho Pro website and Chrome extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Meesho Pro provides bulk catalog pricing scanning, dynamic margin calculations, A4 shipping layouts, and PDF invoice cropping utilities for e-commerce suppliers. Certain premium services require account login and credits.

3. Accounts & Security

To use the Chrome extension and editor features, you must log in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session token and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits, Payments, & Refunds

Meesho Pro operates on a pay-per-use credits model:

• Purchased credits never expire. There are no recurring subscription charges.
• One credit is deducted only when a calculated, Meesho-ready Excel price file is generated and downloaded.
• All credit sales processed via Razorpay are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Meesho Pro is an independent software tool. We have no official affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship with Meesho Inc. The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the tool will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any discrepancies in margins or catalog status updates in your seller panel.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
